CO-CREATH Lab

Established in 2016, the Collaborative Critical Research for Equity and Transformation in Health (CO-CREATH) Lab conducts critical research and capacity-building to promote health equity and transformative community engagement. The lab is based in the University of Ottawa’s School of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences.

Led by Dr. Josephine Etowa, CO-CREATH brings together researchers, trainees and community partners to investigate the complex determinants of health inequities, discover innovative approaches, and create solutions for promoting health and delivering high-quality healthcare services to a diverse population.
